Das Wort „Alma“ bedeutet im Spanischen so viel wie „Seele“ und verdeutlicht, dass diese Zigarren den Kern der familien eigenen Zigarrenproduktion darstellen. Plasencia hat die ursprüngliche Alma Fuerte Serie weiter entwickelt und mit einem wunderschönen, hellbraunen Colorado Claro Deckblatt ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um milde bis mittelkräftige Zigarren mit enormer Komplexität: sie beginnt mit Noten von getoastetem Brot und cremigem Milchkaffee, Kakao führt das Raucherlebnis fort. Bevor die Zigarre ungefähr ab der Hälfte des Rauchverlaufs etwas an Stärke gewinnt, gesellen sich florale Noten und Aromen von Heu hinzu, zum Ende hin ergänzt eine leichte Note von weißem Pfeffer und entsprechender Würzigkeit den Gesamteindruck.
Creamy – toasted aromas – slightly sweet
The word “Alma” means “soul” in Spanish and illustrates that these cigars represent the core of the family’s cigar production. Plasencia has further developed the original Alma Fuerte series and equipped it with a beautiful, light brown Colorado Claro wrapper. These are mild to medium-strength cigars with enormous complexity: they begin with notes of toasted bread and creamy latte, followed by cocoa. Before the cigar gains a little strength about halfway through, floral notes and aromas of hay join in, and towards the end, a slight note of white pepper and corresponding spiciness complements the overall impression.
